Jenn is the first person you meet when you call or visit the office. Her responsibilities include scheduling meetings/classrooms in the building, updating the master church calendar, and greeting visitors to the church. She publishes the Sunday Bulletin and keeps membership records current. Jenn also assists both staff and church members on various projects. (Jenn's last name rhymes with "Venus".)

Jenn is also the church's communication coordinator. She develops written and visual communications regarding the church's mission, ministry, and outreach. This includes maintaining the church's website, posting to social media, and refreshing signage inside and out.

Jenn and her husband, Tom, recently moved to the Cleveland area from Farmington, WV, for Tom's work. They've settled in North Olmsted where their four children enjoy visiting. In her spare time, Jenn likes to travel and spoil her four grandchildren.

Ron Muth has been the Director of Music at Bay United Methodist Church since 1977. Previous to this position, he was the Bass Soloist at Rocky River UMC for 10 years. He has always enjoyed making a joyful noise unto the Lord. His duties at Bay include directing the Chancel Choir, Bell Choir, and organizing the special music for all summer Sundays. In 2019, the church's choir room was renamed in his honor as the RHM Rehearsal Hall. Ron has two grown children and six wonderful grandchildren  Before retirement, he was a high school choir director for 47 years. He spends his summers in Marblehead, where he enjoys fishing, golfing, and boating.

Bill became Bay United Methodist's organist in 1980 soon after his marriage to wife, Sandy. Bill and Sandy raised their family at the church, and he continues to amaze  and inspire us with his impressive musical skills. 

Bill is currently the director of the Cleveland Pops Orchestra Chorus. In addition to his work with the Pops Chorus, he is an Adjunct Professor at Cleveland State University in the Music Education Department where he teaches Musicianship courses, Choral Methods, Choral Conducting, Ensembles, and supervises student teachers. Bill is past president of the Ohio Choral Directors Association. 

In July 2018, he was inducted into the National High School Hall of Fame. In 2013, he was named BGSU College of Musical Arts Distinguished Graduate and recipient of the Regional Mr. Holland’s Opus Award. He was honored in the 113th United States Congressional Record. Bill  has also served with the Ohio Department of Education as a mentor and the curriculum writing team for fine arts academic standards.

Jennifer oversees the general bookkeeping/accounting responsibilities for the church.  She assists the Finance Chairperson in preparing both the Annual Charge/Church Conference Report for the East Ohio Conference and the Local Church Report to the Annual Conference. In addition to serving as a member of the Finance Committee, she maintains the schedule for our counting teams and answers church member/donor inquiries regarding pledges and quarterly statements.

Jennifer is a member of our church choir and is a frequent soprano soloist. Jennifer and her late husband Ken have four children and six grandchildren. She has been a member of our church for over 30 years.

Steve sets up for small and large events at the church and coordinates most  building maintenance. He performs small electrical, plumbing, & woodworking projects at the church and helps fellow staff members with their needs.

Steve and his wife Tammy own a small farm in LaGrange, Ohio, where he enjoys farming asparagus, gardening, being a steward of his land, and spending time in the field with his beagles.
